This vintage Royal Copenhagen Aluminia Faience Tenera squat vase, designed by Norwegian artist Kari Christensen. Produced in the late 1960s to early 1970s (circa 1969–1974), this piece bears the design number 181/2878.
Crafted in faience pottery, it features hand-painted modernist abstract floral motifs in rich brown/mauve and blue glazes on a light ground. An outstanding decorative accent, it makes a beautiful statement on a shelf or table.
