The Large One Hander is the largest model of our One Hander cutting boards; despite its generous dimensions it can still be easily picked up with one hand. The end grain design used on our boards, where the wood fibres are arranged upright like a brush, makes the cutting surface particularly gentle on your knives, self-healing and therefore extremely durable. Thanks to the elegant pattern resulting from the tree’s annual growth rings, the board is also ideal for serving or presenting food of all kinds. As with all our cutting boards, the Large One Hander has rubber feet that prevent moisture build-up under the board, make it easier to pick up and stop the board from slipping on the counter surface.

The Medium One Hander is the mid-sized version of our One Hander boards, which can all be easily picked up with one hand. This wooden cutting board has a compact, space-saving design that fits in any kitchen, but still offers enough cutting space to meet the daily demands of most households. The flawlessly smooth surface is not only extremely impact-resistant and gentle on your knife’s blade, thanks to the end grain wooden blocks, but also offers incomparable haptics and an impressive appearance. The soft rubber feet ensure that the board always remains well ventilated, does not slip and is also much easier to pick up.

As the name suggests, the One Handers are specifically designed to be thinner and lighter so they are more manageable and can be moved easily about the kitchen or work space. The Small One Hander kitchen board can also be used where space is limited or as a beautiful hors d’oeuvre presentation board. Passionate chefs and home cooks are recommended to have one as a second board for onions, garlic, herbs, etc. The durable, self-healing board made of end grain larch offers a smooth, impact-resistant and knife friendly cutting surface while the soft rubber feet, fastened to the underside with stainless steel screws, allow the board to be picked up effortlessly, ensure good ventilation under the board and to prevent slippage on the countertop.
